+ Can I customize my order?

Of course. We are happy to accommodate color request, tassel color combinations, and other design ideas. We are also open to helping style your entire event.

+ What kind of balloons do you use?

We use the highest quality latex bio-degradable balloons as well as mylar foil balloons. The latex helium balloons are coated with a glue that extends the life of the balloon from 18-48 hours, sometimes even multiple days. Balloon installations last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. Helium is very sensitive to extreme heat and cold, meaning that the lifespan of your balloons could be affected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.

+ How do I take care of my balloons?

FLOAT TIME: Balloons do best indoors at a comfortable temperature. Helium effectiveness is impacted by direct sunlight, extreme heat, and cold weather. Balloons that are outdoors will have a shorter float time due to the hot/cold temperatures if they are left in the elements.

+ Decrease Popping

Keep away from sunlight, hot surfaces such as cars, fires, candles, grills, trees, brick surfaces, nails, and surfaces that have rough edges.

+ What if my balloons pop?

Disclaimer: I cannot guarantee your balloons will last at all once they have been delivered or picked up. Toddlers, tree branches, brick walls, hot cars, and nails are just a few examples of things that can pop your helium balloons. Once delivered, Inflate is not held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, poked or let go of. If WE pop your balloon, it will be replaced at no charge or a refund will be issued if we're unable to get a replacement in time.

+ What other services do you offer?

Equally as stunning as our organic balloon installs, we also provide unique backdrops, or beautiful art pieces and props for your next event, and centerpieces and tablescapes. Enjoy incorporating your logo or a special message on your backdrops. From birthday parties, surprise balloon deliveries, gender reveals, to corporate events, christenings, weddings and engagements, we do it all and look at each concept individually.

+ When should I place my order?

We book orders up to a year out, and as soon as next day. We cannot guarantee a short turnaround because our calendar can fill up, but give us a call and we can check availability.

+ Do you require a deposit to place an order?

For our single helium balloons and balloon bouquets, we require payment in full when placing your order. For our larger decor installations ($200+), we require 65% at time of booking, and the remaining balance due a week prior to your event.

+ How do I place an order?

Step 1, fill out the inquiry form “BOOK NOW” with all of your event details. Step 2, we will contact you within 24 hrs, if you need to hear from us sooner, please call 832-664-0554. Step 3, after we’ve gone over questions and you’re ready to proceed with payment, I will send over an invoice along with payment options. Step 4, Enjoy your gorgeous balloons! + Do you setup and tear down the installations?

Setup is included in all our delivery fees but tear down is the responsibility of the client. Tear down typically consists of cutting fishing line/ zip ties and possible removal of command hooks, and popping balloons. If you would like us to come back to tear down, this can be arranged at an additional charge. Please inquire at the time you are placing your order

+ Cancellations

All deposits made to hold the date of your event are non-refundable. In the event that your event is cancelled, a credit will be held on your account indefinitely and can be used in the future.
